Lucy is our marketing manager and resident tortoise lover (not necessarily in that order). With a background in SAGE Research Methods books, she’s now keen to let the world know about all the fantastic work SAGE does online as well.
Lucy’s a great believer in social media and the power of a strong coffee with an 80s ballad playlist. Lucy loves sharing the latest SAGE Campus updates on social media so follow @SAGE_Methods for all the info!
Shiran is digital learning specialist for SAGE Campus and has seemingly endless know-how about all areas of eLearning content, design, development and technology.
With all that knowledge and lots of practice under her belt, Shiran has become the resident SAGE Campus eLearning nerd (and we mean that in the nicest possible way!).

We’re extremely lucky to have Lily as commissioning editor for the team as she is bursting with experience.
Before coming to SAGE Campus, Lily helped create online courses for universities at Epigeum, and before that she was assistant editor on the SAGE Research Methods book list.
Lily now works alongside our academic partners to ensure our courses are of the high standard that our learners (and we) expect.
Over the years, Katie has accompanied SAGE on nearly all of our research methods adventures, including leading on content strategy and innovation for our award winning online platform, SAGE Research Methods.
Now as executive head of methods innovation at SAGE she’s on a new mission: to improve social science by equipping every researcher with the skills and tools they need to work with big data.

Ian is the sensei of product innovation at SAGE and is obsessed with how we can use technology to tame the big data beast and improve the research process.
Before joining creative forces with SAGE Campus, Ian was *takes a deep breath* head of technology at eLife, head of product at Mendeley, and product manager for a number of Nature Publishing Group’s online services for researchers.

Razvan (aka Raz) is the product manager at SAGE Campus. His background has taken him from Higher Education to Cyber Security, various start-ups and finally to SAGE. Raz loves talking to users and customers and works tirelessly to improve the SAGE Campus user experience.
Outside work Raz loves sports, tennis in particular, a good barbecue and reading about why people do what they do.

Kavya is the product manager for SAGE Campus, passionate about user experience and the application of big data in social policy. Previously from a political and publishing background, she gets carried away with big data, in particular the power of micro-targeting in diversity and voter engagement.
Outside of work Kavya is an even bigger nerd, spending a lot of time thinking about the macroeconomic implications of GDPR, and new technology collaborations in dance production.
Nicola is assistant editor for SAGE Campus. Her social science background and previous experience developing online courses in healthcare have been combined in her current role here at SAGE. When she’s not working, she loves to travel, play music and enjoy the outdoors.
Farheen is the Marketing Communications Executive for SAGE Campus and the other products which fall under SAGE Ocean. With a background in marketing, media, events and design, Farheen thrives in challenging, fast paced environments where her project management, creativity and marketing skills can directly affect how products and services are communicated and delivered to consumers.
Outside work, Farheen considers herself to be ‘a little bit of everything’ kind of creative, with interests in written and video blogging, photography and the performing arts!
Amy hails from sunny South Africa and is the team’s learning executive, supporting on the development and delivery of our courses.
From teaching at a preparatory school, to writing scripts for an online hospitality training platform (Don’t know your chardonnay from your chenin? Just ask Amy!), and now working on SAGE Campus, her passion lies in helping people to learn, grow, and achieve their full potential.
Lou is our head of marketing and community engagement, with a background in tech, publishing, non-profit and gaming.
She is also a trustee of Fences and Frontiers, a grass-roots organisation that aims to increase awareness, challenge popular misconceptions and help to foster more positive narratives around issues of migration and displacement.
In her free time she can often be found taking on new DIY projects, strumming her guitar or exploring London’s restaurant scene.
