Can I take a course even if my institution does not have a SAGE subscription?
Yes you can. SAGE Campus is for individuals, either inside or outside of universities.
Who are your courses suitable for?
Our courses are designed for social science researchers from all disciplines and fields.
How are the courses being delivered?
All our courses are delivered entirely online. You get access to support from an instructor via forums, and live video webinars.
Are the courses offered on a regular basis?
Yes. We aim at delivering our courses multiple times a year. Please refer to a course's page to see what start dates are available.
How do I get my receipt?
You should receive an automatic receipt by email confirming your payment within 24 hours. Please check your spam email folder if you cannot see it in your inbox. If, after 24 hours, you still have not received an email confirmation, please contact us here.
What currency can I pay in?
You can pay in any currency. Please note that if you are paying with a non-USD credit card, you might be charged a conversion fee by your bank.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the following payment options: Visa (credit and debit cards), MasterCard (credit and debit cards) and American Express.
Why is my card being declined?
Please make sure that your personal details (name, address, ZIP/post code) match the name and address your payment card is registered to. If you are paying on someone else's behalf, please contact us and we will be able to change the contact details to those of the beneficiary.
In some cases, you may find that your card has restrictions on the type of purchases it can make. FSA/HSA cards are often limited to certain types of businesses (e.g. healthcare providers), so any other type of purchase would be declined. In addition, some banks may not allow international purchases. In either case, you must contact your bank to check if any restrictions are in place.
Who are Stripe and why have they charged me $1?
In order to ensure the highest standards of security, we use Stripe as our secure payment processor. When using the Checkout process, Stripe checks if the card is active by sending through a $0 or $1 request to your bank. This is not a charge and will be reversed your bank.
What is your refund policy?
We are happy to refund all purchases within 14 days of payment. If you find yourself unable to take the course during the access period you’ve purchased, please let us know and we will be happy to transfer you to a future cohort. Please contact us here.
I’ve received a discount code. How do I use it?
You will be able to use the discount code in the checkout process.
OK, I’ve paid, now what?
Within 24 hours of your payment you should receive an email explaining what the next steps are. Please contact us here if you have not received an email from us.
When can I log onto the learning platform and take the course?
We will send you your login details by email the week before the course starts. You will be able to access the content at 3pm BST on day one of the course.
How long will I have access to the course for?
You will have access to the course material for 3 months.
Do learners get a certificate?
All of our courses offer a certificate of completion signed by your instructor. You will be able to download this certificate, from the Learning Platform, when you complete the course.
